High Five Coffee Bar
Our little mountain town has been in the news quite a bit lately. It’s safe to say we won’t be reviewing Waking Life Espresso on the blog anytime soon, and while we are disgusted and outraged by what has transpired, we are so proud of the swift actions of our community. The citizens of this town are unlike any other. In the interest of looking forward, we would like to shine a spotlight on another local coffee shop committed to finding a solution, rather than contributing to the problem. Thank you, High Five.

We were in need of some serious refreshment after getting lost on a hike last week. Hot, sweaty, and ever-so-slightly irritable, we were searching for something cold and delicious. YoLo was there for us.
Tod’s Tasties
Tod’s Tasties Cafe is one of our very favorite breakfast spots. Tucked away in historic Montford, it’s well-hidden among the big trees and beautiful Victorian houses. We decided to swing by for breakfast after an early morning (who are we kidding, early afternoon) workout last Wednesday.
